Anyway to answer your queries ....
The bodybuilder you are so curious about is Omar Ventura. He is a Fil-Am and works here in the U.S. as a Filipino police officer from the golden state of California patrolling mostly the San Jose area. I believe he was originally from Orange County but I'm not too sure about that. He has been active in the competitive bodybuilding scene since he competed in the 2003 Los Angeles Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships where he placed 6th in the Unlimited Middleweight division.
At only a height of 5′6″ tall, this muscled up police officer juggles professional bodybuilding as well as muscle worship modeling in his spare time. Can you guys beat that? He follows closely in the footsteps of Filipino-Hawaiian IFBB Pro Charles "Sting-Ray" Arde who now owns a gym and is "lying-low" from public view after the public release of his commercial adult j/o video from MuscleHunks which was criticized by some Filipinos as being immoral and not setting a good image for bodybuilding Pinoys worldwide.
What Pacquiao has done to uplift the image and respect for Pinoys worldwide thru boxing, StingRay Arde has pushed back the bodybuilding image of respect for Pinoys worldwide into the dark ages. 
Sorry tomblinkme but you'll have to travel all the way here to California in order to meet Omar in person. Besides, I don't think he'll give in to your carnal desires (if any) 'coz he's an active police officer. Hehehehe.
